General provisions
- These terms and conditions govern the rights and obligations of the operator of the JobsCollector.com portal (hereinafter referred to as the "portal") and its users (candidates, companies, agencies, affiliate partners).
- By using the portal, the user undertakes to comply with these terms and conditions and applicable legal regulations.
- The portal is intended for global users, contractual relationships are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
Services for applicants
- Creating and saving a professional resume (CV) is free. Select design templates may incur a fee.
- Searching for jobs and viewing details is free.
- The CV may be shared with companies and agencies with the applicant's express consent.
- The candidate has the option to create a user account and receive notifications when the job position they are looking for appears on the offer.
- Access to employment agencies and their services.
Services for companies and agencies
- Creating a company profile and posting a job is free. The job position is automatically deactivated after 28 days, reactivation is required to republish the ad.
- Creating an ad group (landing page) is free.
- Lineup statistics and position views are available for free.
- Access to services from agencies we have verified.
- Highlighting advertisements in priority zones is charged according to the price list.

Services for agencies and affiliate partners
- An agency or affiliate partner registers, provides a bank account and signs a contract with us, thereby becoming a verified and trusted partner.
- The partner gets the opportunity to create their own profile, profile card background graphics, logo, description of activities, photo and video galleries, and their own terms and conditions for free.
- The partner has the opportunity to publish a list of their services, including their prices and detailed terms and conditions, free of charge. The portal will keep 10% for the mediation of the service and 90% of the specified amount excluding VAT will be credited to the partner's commission account.
- Ad groups
- The partner has the opportunity to create free advertising sets (landing pages) for their job offers or the offers they promote.
- Dozens of different templates for free
- Advanced content sharing features for social networks.
- You simply get a unique link to the ad group and promote it on social networks.
- Free statistics on your ad groups.
- For each paid CV created by a user brought by a partner, a commission of 30% of the amount excluding VAT is due.
- Commissions are paid monthly, the minimum payout amount is 100 EUR.
Payment terms
- All payments are made electronically in EUR or as agreed.
- Invoicing is automatic.
- Billing is done automatically after receiving online card payment. The invoice is issued immediately after successful completion of the payment.
- All prices are excluding VAT unless otherwise stated.
- The service is delivered immediately after payment in the form of digital content. In accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/770 of the European Parliament and of the Council on digital content and digital services and Directive (EU) 2011/83/EU on consumer protection, this type of service is not subject to the right of withdrawal after the start of performance. The user expressly agrees to this when placing an order.
- The portal reserves the right to change prices. The change will be announced in advance and will not affect services already ordered.
VAT and international transactions
All prices are exclusive of VAT. Companies from EU member states that provide a valid VAT identification number will not be charged VAT – the reverse charge regime according to the EU directive will apply. Non-EU entities do not pay VAT. Czech VAT payers will be charged VAT at the applicable rate.
Responsibility and data protection
- The operator is not responsible for the content uploaded by users.
- The user bears full responsibility for the truthfulness of their data and content.
- Prohibited content is (discrimination, false offers, scams, violation of rights, personal data of third parties without authorization, etc.).
- All personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR.
- The portal has the right to suspend or cancel a user's account if the terms and conditions are violated.
- The User expressly declares and guarantees that he is entitled to upload user content (in particular, advertisement texts, photographs, videos, logos and other materials) to the Portal and grant the Portal the necessary license for it, and bears full responsibility for its legality and for any claims of third parties; The Operator is not liable for user content or for any violation of third party rights by this content.
Final provisions
- These terms and conditions are governed by the law of the Czech Republic.
- All disputes will be resolved in the competent court according to the operator's registered office.
- The version of the terms and conditions may be updated, the new version will be published on the website.
