Agency profile registration and management

  • An agency can create a free account and public profile.
  • The profile includes a logo, description of the activity, location, videos, photos and contacts.
  • The profile is listed in the agency list and can be filtered by country/location.
  • The agency's profile will be published free of charge in Internet search engines.

Inserting job positions

  • Placing a position is free and valid for 28 days (then reactivation required).
  • Automatic classification according to the international ISCO-ESCO classification (occupations, skills).

Advertisement highlighting

  • Ads can be made visible using priority slots. Each slot has a priority (1-5) and duration.
  • Priority 6 is free and is used for regular non-promoted advertisements with a duration of 28 days.
  • Slot with priority 1 will be displayed first, followed by priorities 2,3,4,5.
  • Each slot has a time expiration that you choose, a week, a month, etc.
  • The agency does not pay for the job advertisement, but for the slot, which has priority and duration.
  • You can place any advertisement in this slot.
  • Once you fill a job position, the slot does not expire and you can insert another job offer into it.
  • You can see the current slot prices after logging in in the "My job offers" section.

Ad groups (Landing Pages)

  • A landing page with a unique link can be created for each position for free.
  • It includes a position description, call to action, branding, and a photo.
  • Choose from dozens of elegant, visually appealing templates.
  • The action button prompts you to click on the job offer details.
  • Button to send or create a resume for candidates and send it directly to the company's email.

Statistics

  • Views, conversions, CVs sent.
  • Data is displayed for positions/campaigns.

Cooperation with companies and affiliate partners

  • The agency can select an affiliate partner from a verified list and ask them to promote the job position.
  • An agency or affiliate partner will prepare an ad set for your job position and promote it on social media.
  • The agency determines the remuneration itself, the portal retains 10% of the amount paid.

Payment model

  • Normal use free.
  • Highlighting, advertising and cooperation with partners are charged according to the price list.
